How this work for now:

You can purchase what you need. Then I will tell you the total of Duties and Processing fees to be paid have your order delivered.

Once the Duties and fees are paid, your order will have a unique Declaration ID to pass the border trouble free. 

You can contact me and ask about how much tariffs and duties you will have to pay for your order beforehand.

Tariffs will greatly depend on country of origin.  All order to USA will need to have the tariffs & duties prepaid before shipment.

This listing is for additional shipping, any additional parts, special order or US Tariffs that need extra fees to by sent or repayment of a previously refunded payment.

All amount will be taxed (eBaY collect and remit taxes) This is out of my control.

Seller cannot send invoices to buyer. We are only allowed to send an invoice when the buyer purchases multiple items and he request a combined shipping invoice.
