All items are stored in a clean, smoke free and pet free environment. 

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  I appreciate every customer and purchase. And I welcome offers on all my listings.   

Please contact me if there are any questions concerning any of my listings.  

 Also, please reach out to me if you have an issue with something already ordered.  I try to include measurements on each of my clothing items except for newborn and some toddler sizes.  However, sometimes an order still needs to be returned which is understandable.  

I offer a free 60-day refund policy unless specifically noted on a listing.  I do ask that all new with tag items are returned with the tags still attached. Returns can be submitted thru E-bay and a return label will be issued once the return is approved.  Please kindly send me a photo of the item you are returning.   

I offer at least 2 shipping options on each of my listings.  If you require an item to be shipped overnight, please contact me for the additional shipping cost. 

I also offer a shipping discount on multiple orders- so please contact me for the combined shipping charge. 

I attempt to get all orders out the same day or the next day if possible.  USPS will usually now take a day to scan packages for shipping.
