Orders below £20 shipped with Royal Mail standard 48 (with delivery confirmation). Buyers have the option to upgrade to tracked 24 for an additional £1.95 at checkout. Larger items may be shipped with UPS. All orders are shipped out within 1 working day along with tracking number uploaded to order details.

Returns accepted within 30 days, must be sent back in their original condition and retail packaging where applicable. Please note, serial numbers and condition of the item will be checked upon arrival, we have rigorous anti-fraud systems in place to prevent fraudulent returns and suspected fraud would be reported to eBay and the relevant authorities. Buyers must open an eBay return request if they would like to return for a refund and drop us a separate message if an exchange is preferred. Returns should be shipped back with a tracked service and along with the eBay return ID number. As a lot of products are retail clearance stock, most items do not carry manufacturers warranty but please contact us for clarification.
