Stainless steel head tube lugs. Polished to a shiny finish. Made for 1 1/8” head tubes. Has threaded cable stops built on to lower lug. Does not include the adjusters but they are standard threaded for those. Top lug has upper extension for a taller head tube, about 15 millimeters of extention. Bought from Nova a few years ago and never used. I believe the top lug is set for a 73 degree head tube angle.
