Art pottery vase characteristic of the work of American art pottery designer Theophilus Brouwer (1864-1932). The vase exhibits design characteristics of molded naturalistic form and mottled iridescent glaze characteristic of Brouwer's work.
The vase which measures approximately 9.5"h x 6" in diameter is in fine over-all condition with several small chips on the edge of the ruffled rim and a chip on one of the ornamental molded naturalistic embellishments. While exhibiting characteristics of Brouwer's work the vase is not signed by Brouwer.
