New, never used. Open box, no retail packaging. There is some exterior wear from storage, including several scratches and scuffs. Additionally, there are a couple of slight nicks to the outermost cover layer. Nothing major. Older stock, this hose appears to have been manufactured Q4 of 2018. However, it has been welled protected in a climate controlled warehouse. Material is still fully flexible, there are no signs of age deterioration such as cracking. Due to the large size, this item will likely need to be freighted.
