This is a very clean internal radio.

This radio created the standard for all programmable radios that followed.

Reception on these original programmable radios is very clean, ssb etc….

Unique to these 2001’s are that they had an actual antenna tuner wheel on front. They should have put them in all their radios.

Also unique is these radios used both the internal bar antenna and the external telescope for reception on

AM … shortwave..

External condition on this radio is standard with age…. Internal is perfect….
