• Deposit Payment: A deposit is required when purchasing a refurbished part. This will be paid in addition to the price of the refurbished part. The refund will be issued once the old unit has been returned to us in full.
• Order Processing: All orders are dispatched the next business day after full payment and deposit is received.
• Price: Please note that the final price may vary depending on the country of delivery and applicable taxes, including VAT. The price in your cart is the final and correct price for you.
• Shipping: All orders are shipped from Latvia which is located within the European Union.
• Taxes: Customers within the European Union are exempt from import duties. Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and tax in their respective country upon receipt of their order. Please note that the actual value of the goods will be stated on the invoice.
• Warranty : The product is covered by a warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The company assumes responsibility for the product and provides a warranty during the time specified. The warranty does not cover costs incurred outside of the product and the company's control, including but not limited to towing costs, labor, salvage, or the like.

Our refurbished parts are sold on a replacement basis, which means we require the return of the old part. A deposit is required when purchasing a refurbished part. This will be paid in addition to the price of the refurbished part. The refund will be issued once the old unit has been returned to us.

Return of the old part:

To complete the exchange process and receive a refund of the deposit, please ensure you return the old part to us within the allotted timeframe. We ask our customers to send the old unit to our warehouse in the UK or Latvia using the cheapest trackable postage service. The British warehouse is located in rugby.

Refund Process:

Once we have received the old part and checked its condition, the deposit will be paid within 2-5 business days refunded using the original payment method or, if agreed, using the most appropriate method.

Important Note:

If the old part is not returned within the allotted timeframe, this may be for reduction or refusal of the deposit refund. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Please note that we only in complete condition with no physical damage which could affect the performance of the device. Returning an incomplete or damaged device may result in refuse exchange or reduce deposit amount lead.

Please provide purchase information and details of the problem you encountered with the product. Please note that the customer is obliged to return the device to us. In case of warranty claim, return of the part is required for inspection. Returns under warranty must be sent to our remanufacturing plant in Latvia.

Upon receipt, we will thoroughly inspect both the external and internal components of the unit and apply the necessary testing procedures. Through this inspection and diagnostic process, we determine the cause of the defect and suggest appropriate solutions. If you wish to return the part to our UK warehouse, please note that it is approx. 3 weeks will take time for us to inspect the part as it must first be transported to our factory in Latvia. Please note that mechanics are not available in the UK for testing or diagnosis.

Solution:

Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, the company will either repair or replace the product if the claim falls under the warranty terms. If the claim is denied, we will offer either a replacement unit or repair of the part.
