This downrigger has been
lightly used or un-used and stored, it was dusty when I got it but except for a
few light scuffs and marks from handling and storage it is in great condition overall. The fiberglass rod or shaft is not splintered
or damaged, it was safely stored out of the sun and weather.
LOOK at the Photos CLOSELY, on a full size COMPUTER screen not your Small Phone.
Look closely at the pictures and ASK QUESTIONS, BEFORE BIDDING, know what you are bidding on. I do not accept refunds, unless the item is not as described. As perfect as I am, I am not infallible. I will not accept refunds because just you didn’t understand the description or you changed your mind.
I will, usually, NOT give Partial Refunds (except shipping), for you to keep the items, they will not be free. Any item that is returned, however, MUST be returned in the EXACT condition it was received. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.
