10 Cards should have a shipping cost of $4.36, every 10 cards after should increase shipping by $0.40, so 20 Cards should have a shipping cost of $4.76, 30 Cards should have a shipping cost of $5.16, and so on...
100 Cards should have a shipping cost of $ 7.96
