Condition Report: This particular Speedmaster was sent for a full overhaul by Omega in Switzerland at a cost of CHF 2,284.95. As well as a complete service of the movement, the case and case back were replaced. In the past the hands have been re-lumed and the bezel also changed for a later service one. When it comes to changing cases, traditionalists think its sacrilege and normally we wouldn't buy one either. However when our customer brought it in and we saw it in the flesh we must say we had a change of heart. In its current form you get the best of a sharp new case along with the charm of a gorgeously aged dial - not a bad combination indeed! The original dial has taken on a warm chocolate colour and remains in excellent shape. The watch is fitted with a reference correct 1171/1 bracelet with 633 end links. Finally the watch comes with an Omega Service card, service note, Extract and service pouch

Our watches are covered by a 1 year mechanical warranty. Providing it wasnât caused by water damage or misuse we will repair the watch under warranty.
