Fabulous dress from designer Raquel Allegra.  Tag size is 2, oversized styling; please check the measurements below.   100% silk, woven natural linen-look with texture.  Hand made.  Artsy watercolor floral in shades of blue, which is picked up a bit in the off-white background.  Maxi length, full front button.  Front drawstring (photos taken cinched and uncinched).  Some frayed edges along the hem, collar and sleeve trim.  Side seam pockets.  A similar style on her website suggests also wearing as a duster.   There are a few small faint marks along the hem that I have not tried to address (see photo #24).   A rare find and very versatile.  Best appreciated by reviewing all photos.
