In his work Perception and the Physical World, D. M. Armstrong—Challis Professor of Philosophy at the University of Sydney—investigates one of the fundamental questions of Philosophy: How is what we perceive related to what is ultimately real? His answer may surprise you. This copy is a 1973 reprinting of the work originally published in 1961, so successful that this is the fifth reprint of the book. It is a very nice hardback with no markings save a stamped price on the front flyleaf page. The tome is clean and tight, and the dust jacket is also very nice, with just a few bumps and tears from previous reading (see photos). The dust jacket comes in a protective Brodart book jacket cover. This copy is in very good condition.
