General condition: 

• Made in Japan in the 1980s. 
• Unused Old stock from an old shop, due to long term storage, the price sticker peeled off and left some glue mark.
• Barrel is made of plastic lined with brass or other metals inside. 
• Based on personal expeirence, the lead size should be 0.9 mm, but I don't have any tools to measure.
• Mechanical parts work well. Twist to advance and retract lead.
• There is "Toshiba" logo printed on the barrel. It bears JIS logo as well.
• The photos are stock photo, you will receive pencils of same specs and in same condition.
