Any orders that ship out and are refused for ANY reason is subject a 20% fee. Any items that are returned within the 30 day return window may be subject to a restocking fee of us to 50%, depending on the condition of the returned item. Please check our item as soon as it arrives. If the item has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately as we have limited time to report damage or defect out of the box.
