I bought it at Ballet Shop Sylvia Yokohama last year.

This is a music box with a ballerina figure spinning around in a wooden box.
When I asked at the store, I was told that this type of music box was produced about 40 years ago, but that it is a rare item made recently.
It has a retro feel, but it's a new product (^^)

It is in mint condition, having only been played twice, so it is almost unused. As it is made of natural wood, the grain of each piece is different. The box is still in the same condition as when I bought it.
