1PCS Operational Amplifier OP AMP Tester
For Single Mono Dual Quad OPAMP Chip High Speed Low Speed Differentiation
Notice: This board is only for people with professional electronic knowledge, we do not provide operation guidance and technical support. Beginners please do not buy it ! !
Application:
This is Operational Amplifier Tester, It can be used to test common single(Mono) op amp, dual op amp, and Quad op amp chips. the circuit board can judge whether the IC can be used for amplification, and can roughly judge the conversion rate of the chip at the same time. It can find out those low-speed chips that pretend to be high-speed chips.
Parameters:
Working Voltage: DC 12V
Working Current: Above 100mA
Board Size: 95x58mm
Weight: about 40g

Test Principle:
The signal source generates high-frequency square waves with a frequency of 200KHz and low-frequency square waves with a frequency of around 10Hz, and the tested operational amplifier is connected to a buffer circuit.
For high-speed operational amplifiers, they can output normally when inputting high and low frequency square wave signals, manifested as the corresponding Red LED synchronizing with the Green LED, always on (200KHz) or flashing (10Hz).
For low-speed operational amplifiers, when inputting high or low frequency square wave signals, the output end cannot fully output the waveform, resulting in the corresponding Red LED not being able to light up normally, only one led light on or both of them are light off. It can only output normally when inputting low-frequency signals, and the corresponding Red LED at the output end can flash synchronously with the green LED.
There are test terminals on the board that can test the static current of the operational amplifier under ±5V power supply conditions. By measuring the magnitude of the static current, one can understand some of the characteristics of the operational amplifier chip and differentiate between different models.
Examples of Testable Chip Models:
Single Operational Amplifier Models: LM741, LF356, NE5534, TL071, TL081, OP07 and other standard packaged single operational amplifier chips.
Dual Operational Amplifier Models: LM358, NE5532, TL072, TL082, MC1458, RC4558, OP275, AD827 and other standard packaged dual operational amplifier chips.
Quad Operational Amplifier Models: LM324, TL074, TL084, LF347, AD713, etc.
Test Considerations:
1> Only one chip can be tested at a time. That is to say, only one of the three test sockets can be used at the same time.
2> The static current test requires the use of a DC voltmeter on a digital multimeter to test the voltage across 10 ohms, with I=V/10 (mA). For example, if V=15mV, the static current I=1.5mA (At this point, the Red switch as shown in the figure should be in the OFF state.)
3> The testing end can be connected to an oscilloscope or frequency meter, adjust the potentiometer, and change the testing frequency.
