A poster for Shell petroleum, 'The Leading Line', depicting a line of racing cars in the desert, a small airplane flying over above.

Published in 1969 by Royle Publications for Shell and BP.  This is a reprint of the 1923 original from the Shell Studio which now sells for around £1500 so this vintage version has also become collectable. 

In excellent original condition.  Note there appears to be small tear line which runs down into the H of 'The' but this is a photo-lithograph which has reproduced a fault in the original and adds to the overall vintage feel.

Presented in a black wood frame which is in very good vintage condition.

Glazed and ready to hang.

Measures 55 x 82cm including the frame.
