Double-LP live album that was released four months after Rust Never Sleeps. Live Rust was the soundtrack to Young's concert film Rust Never Sleeps (he had wanted to give it that title, but Reprise vetoed the idea, fearing confusion with the earlier album), and likewise was recorded October 22, 1978, at the Cow Palace in San Francisco. Much of the Rust Never Sleeps album had been recorded on the same tour, and Live Rust repeats four songs from that release.
An original pressing of Neil Young's iconic "Live Rust" vinyl record album, featuring Crazy Horse. This album captures the raw energy and emotion of Neil Young's live performances during his 1978 tour. The cover art showcases a striking image from the concert, while the back lists the classic tracks included on the album. A must-have for any Neil Young fan or vinyl collector, this record offers a nostalgic trip back to the golden age of rock music.
