Shipping: All shipment will ship by UPS or USPS. All items will ship within 24 working hours, and we will ship out all orders the same day they are placed before 3 PM (Monday~Friday) after payment verified, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. CANADA & International customers please note: your government might charge a duty tax (brokerage fees). We do not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

Sale tax is applied/required to all California shipment. We accept PayPal, Visa/MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Please do not use the PayPal note field to indicate us to ship to other address. The note there will NOT be read. If you want to change the shipping address, please contact us by eBay messages. Payment must be received within 10 days as auction ended or order might be delayed.

* We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.

* Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.

* If a part arrives damaged, it is our responsibility to take care of it, but it must be reported to us immediately.

Warranty: DT-Autotech are proud to stand by their products, and it is because of this that we offer a generous warranty on all of mechanical parts. Our minimum warranty term is 12 months, however this varies according to the part. Our warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any associated costs in regards to labor or any other expenses incurred or associated with the purchase of the part. Our liability at any and all times and under all circumstances will never exceed the original purchase cost of the item. The parts that we supply are intended for installation by qualified installers. Warranty will be void due to improper installation.
