Delivery Information

We offer free delivery to the UK Mainland.

Please note that deliveries to the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Offshore Isles, and other remote areas will incur a surcharge of £7.50, which will be automatically added at checkout.

Some larger mattresses, particularly those delivered at full size, may not be eligible for delivery to certain remote locations as determined by our couriers. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery dates provided are estimates only. While eBay may suggest a specific delivery day (such as a Saturday), this is not guaranteed. We use a courier service, and deliveries are made to the door or main entrance only, anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

We are unable to offer guaranteed delivery dates or times. However, tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Please also note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries on different days.

Vacuum Packed Mattresses

Most of our mattresses are vacuum packed, rolled, and boxed to reduce both our carbon footprint and your costs. They will need time to expand and air out before use. Please avoid leaving them boxed for more than 7 days after delivery. As they don't have side supports, sitting on the edges for long periods is not recommended.

Lay the memory foam Mattress flat and allow it to fully expand. It typically takes between 48 to 72 hours for the memory foam to regain its original shape and size.

During this period, ensure the foam is in a well-ventilated area to help dissipate any initial odors.

Inspect and Enjoy

Returns & Cancellations

All orders from Spinger Limited are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via eBay messages within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return shipping costs and responsibility lie with you, the buyer. Mattresses are large and bulky, so please double-check sizes before ordering, as returns can be costly and difficult.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been slept on.

If an item is faulty or sent in error, we will either arrange a return, refund, or replacement

After the expansion period, inspect your memory foam product to ensure it has fully returned to its intended shape. Your memory foam is now ready for use.
