RETURN POLICY:

• Please observe all item details & pictures carefully before purchasing.

• For domestic orders, return requests  MUST be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Return requests made after this period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

• The buyer pays for return shipping. If the buyer changes his mind about a product, he is responsible for return shipping

• Buyers who falsely claim an item was “not as described” are responsible for return shipping. A “buyer abuse” case will also be opened with ebay. A 30% restocking fee will also be applied to returns with false “item not described as” claims. 

• Items MUST be returned unused & in original condition. Returns must include original tags (if any) still attached to the item. 

• New items with detached tags, and/or opened/used, WILL NOT be accepted for returns. 

• If a new item is forcibly returned after being used, or with detached tags, a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee will be applied to recover the decreased value of the item - that is the refund minus 30% of the item total will be issued back to the buyer.

• A 30% restocking fee will also be applied for used items that have been returned in a different condition from previously sent (includes but is not limited to new stains, tears, rips & visible damages). 

• All international sales are final. Please observe all details carefully as we DO NOT accept returns for international sales.
