Package is  Dated 1998

Note: Package has bent edges and small torn areas. The plastic portion of packaging has also yellowed from age. The plastic portion of packaging has become detached / not sticking to cardboard package portion. At time of listing I had several of these chisels and some of the plastic portion/covering was stapled to the cardboard portion of packaging. 

This item has been in storage for many years in a old hardware store and is lightly dusty.
