I purchased this tablet for my mom a few years ago. She barely used it and basically it just sat on a shelf. The battery no longer holds a charge. BUT the tablet does work if you plug it in. The battery will say it's charged, but as soon as you unplug it, the tablet turns off. Plug it back in and it works. Comes with case, cord and charger, plus original box. Sold as is.
