Tibetan Tingsha cymbals are singing bells that have a clear sound that resonates with harmonic overtones. The sound is deeply relaxing. The Tingsha is made of a pure bronze alloy of copper and tin mixed with other metals. They are made in the Himalayan Region of Nepal. The Cymbals are handmade by casting in sand, then the edges are hand hammered to get the tone just right. The cymbals come with a royal blue velveteen pouch.
Tingsha cymbal is used to start and end a period of meditation or spiritual practice. It's used in meditation, yoga, massage sessions, sound healing, and sound clearing for crystals, jewelry, room/space, and chakra's. The sound is made by holding the leather cord in each hand and striking the bell edges together. To clear crystals and jewelry, chime the bells near them from one to three times. Listen to your intuition for the right number of times that is needed to clear the energy.
