This is an Antique The HOUSE BEAUTIFUL Magazine from September 1904, Vol 16, #4. Size is 9-1/2"x12-3/4", 44 pps (includes covers). Gorgeous art! Great Photos! I was surprised that these early House Beautiful magazines were printed on a high-quality paper stock!
Condition: Covers and spine has normal wear. The front cover has a tear in the top left corner. The back cover has some scraping on the left side. There's a 1/4" tear on the left edge. The first eight pages have a 1" tear on the edge (middle), otherwise the inside pages are fine.
