Lightweight sheer Swiss Dot open front kimono cardigan by Shein. Great for layering over a sleeveless cami or tank. The sleeves are hemmed and quite roomy. The bottom edge is serged. I recommend washing only with black clothes or in a mesh bag as the dots will pick up lint from other fabrics. Please view the photos to confirm measurements.  Nice condition -- I only wore this twice last summer as it was too big for me then and I've lost 50 pounds since.  Item weight: 5.2 oz.
