Poupée Ancienne allemande vers 1870 avec tête en papier mâche couverte de Cire coiffure style Pampkin Head avec sa Robe en Soie d'origine en Boîte
hauteur de poupée 47 cm.
Tête en collerette de papier mâche et cire, usure. Les yeux fixes, bouche fermée.
Pieds et mains en bois peint, corps en tissu rembourré paille, usures et réparations. Boîte vocale ne marche plus.
Deux chemises, culottes et la robe d'origine, mahleureusement la soie est tres usée et robe est dechirée.
La poupée vit dans une boîte ancienne de livraison fleurs avec ses etiquettes anciennes de Nice.

Charming Pumpkin head doll in original silk dress, Germany circa 1870.
Size: 18.5" (47 cm).
Papier mache wax over shoulder plate head on cloth body, with wooden lower legs and lower arms. Upper legs and arms covered with new fabric, but old legs fabric is still there, if she still have old arms fabric i can not say, its clued now. One arms is glued little bit higher then other. Her wooden boots are carved differently, but i think that they are both original to her.
She has all original head and wooden parts paint and finish. Cracking to head wax. inside the body non working voice box.
She has layers of original very nice antique undergarments - upper chemise, panties and under chemise. No claps to underwear - its stitched on her.
She wearing wonderful 1870-s style original silk lined dress with frange and long trail, unfortunately silk is damaged, but still a lot of charm of era.
She lives in old fresh flowers box, shipped to Nice (France) in 1950.
