Vntg. Victorian / French Fashion Fabric 3D framed art picture. This Gorgeous Handmade 3D Fabric Picture is  framed in Off White Wood Frame. Measure 19" Tall x 15"widex 1/2" thick. The 3D puctures are made of Fabric and paper, Mostly satin and Toule material , also has some Fabric flowers. Would be a beautiful addition to your art collection or a lovely picture for your Gallery Wall. The paper on the back does have some tape due to Fabric being thick( picture shown) but otherwise In excellent vintage condition!
