A Vintage Bruxelles Manneken Pis Brass Bottle Stopper
Approx. 3½ inches high, not counting the cork, which is removable.
Inner diameter of base is 13/16th of an inch - and so is too small for a standard bottle mouth.
This is a decoration to put on a bottle, or a statuette. It is not a pourer or dispenser - I tried it that way and it doesn't work. Some light wear. Sold as-is.
