This is a curious ring! It was ground found in Hungary. The shape of the band, semicircle, seems to indicate it was from the late medieval or early modern period. It was likely forged from silver wire made for the purpose of making rings in this style. On the inside we see PE as a makers mark. This makes me wonder about the ring's age, it could even be a 19th century ring. investigation is up to you! Though it has a slight break it is wearable.
