Delivery on this item is free to mainland locations only, however our courier will deliver to most offshore locations but they do charge a premium. Please contact us for delivery costs to Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles and Northern Ireland.
Receiving your delivery
Please do not start, schedule or book any trades until you have received your delivery and inspected all the items delivered. Blueprint Joinery will not accept any liability for loss of time due to delayed or delivery issues.
We take care to pick and pack your order securely so it reaches you in the condition it left our warehouse, however transport damages can occur. Please inspect all parcels and contents on the day of your delivery and contact us as within 48 hours i=f you find any issues. We will help resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately our courier will not give any pre-delivery calls, however we will up[load tracking to your eBay order allowing you to trace and trace your delivery.
If you are not present to accept the delivery our courier may leave your order in a secure location or with a neighbour. If this is unacceptable to you please contact us when you place your order and we will instruct our courier not to leave unless signed for.
We advise all customers to complete the following checks and report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your delivery
- Check you have the correct number of parcels. Our labels show total number within the consignment
- Check all parcels are addressed to you
- Check all parcels for signs of damage. If there is any please take photos and contact straight away
- Open all parcels and check the contents for any issues or missing items
- Blueprint Joinery Ltd will replace any damaged or missing items as soon as possible
