New, never used. Open box, no retail packaging. There is some exterior wear from storage, including several scratches and scuffs. Additionally, two of the fan cover screw mounts were BROKEN off, but have been reattached using Loctite Instant Adhesive. Lastly, there is some bending and denting to both the base mount and the fan cover. Nothing major. Unit is still in excellent condition, the pump was only rotated by hand, since it does not have oil in it. It rotated smoothly and sounded to have good suction.
