JVC BR-7700 U Stereo Video Cassette Recorder VHS Hi-Fi Dolby System. 

This recorder is in excellent cosmetic condition, no physical damage whatsoever.

I don't have the ability to fully test this. However, there are service manuals on eBay for ~$15.

It powers up and the display works. The tape WILL NOT LOAD any further than shown in the photos.

When turned on, it buzzes lightly for several seconds and then displays a red error light.

The machine has not been molested in any way, it comes just as it was when it failed to load the last tape.

200 Hours on the video heads per the fuse style indicator under the cover.
