this handmade piece is a one-of-a-kind collectible from the Art Deco era. The multicolor layered and fused plastic material adds a pop of color to the brooch, making it a versatile accessory for any occasion.  this vintage brooch is a rare find that showcases the creativity and craftsmanship of a bygone era. More pictures available. From my 40 year collection I'm down sizing. I have never seen another, and was suggested custom piece or proto-type.

To be accurate, it also looks like some of the earlier custom made fishing lures? But was never set up for a lure. Bird head not a fish.  However it can be custom for a jacket.
