Product description: 
CF stainless steel simple autoclave is a simple high pressure reactor produced according to customer's requirements according to the functional characteristics of high pressure reactor. It can be placed in electric blast drying oven, constant temperature oil/water bath, low temperature tank and other environment, stainless steel material, can be configured communication terminals with computer , and can be customized volume according to customer needs.

Product introduction: 
1. The reactor body and the cover are made of high quality stainless steel. The kettle body is connected with the flange through the thread. The cover is a flat plate. The two are tightly connected by the main bolts and nuts. 
2. The main sealing port of the autoclave adopat a gasket or a line contact of a tapered or circulator surface. By tightening the main nut, they are pressed against each other to achieve a good sealing effect.When tightening the nut, the angle must be symmetrical several times and tightened gradually. The force should be equal,do not make the cover to tilt to one side.If a gasket seal (tetrafluoro, lu, copper, asbestos pad, etc.) is used, tightening the main nut can achieve a good sealing performance. 


Use and precautions: 
1. The temperature of external heating is recommended not to exceed 350℃, the heating rate is ≤ 5℃/min, the temperature can be controlled by PID temperature control system, the cooling rate is ≤5℃/min. The safety pressure is 22 MPa. 
2. Tighten the screws symmetrically after feeding.When the
reaction is completed, the kettle body is naturally cooled to room temperature,and then open the cover. 
3. Do not fill more than 80% in the kettle.
