We try to provide high resolution photos with proper lighting to help identify the condition of each card.  559CardGuy is not responsible for any grading results for items purchased from our store.

SHIPPING:
All item(s) will ship in a soft sleeve within a top loader or semi-rigid card protector, via PWE (Plain White Envelope) unless otherwise indicated in the SHIPPING area of the listing.

We use eBay Standard Envelope for eligible items up to $20. Some items may require parcel postage due to thickness of the item (over ¼ inch thickness is too thick for letter pricing).

All graded cards (slabs) and orders over $20 will be shipped securely via USPS Ground Advantage parcel service with a tracking number.

Signature Required and other additional shipping services are available upon request at the time of the order for an additional cost.  Please contact us to inquire about pricing if interested.  Wait for an invoice before paying when requesting additional services.

HANDLING:
We will usually ship within one (1) business day of receiving cleared payment.  Item with tracking numbers will be updated at the time of shipment for customers convenience.

RETURNS:
Domestic returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days after the delivery date.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  559CardGuy will video record the opening and inspection of each returned item to ensure authenticity/condition of item before issuing a refund.
