The History of
..IWC.... was founded in Schaffhausen Switzerland in
1868. They manufacture seven different watch collections:
The Aquatimer, the DaVinci, the Grande Complication, the Ingenieur,
the Pilot’s Watch, the Portofino, and the
Portguese---Ask any watch collector which Swiss
Manufacturer is best known for designing pilot’s watches
and they will immediately answer "IWC." Since the early
1930’s IWC has been producing the world’s finest and
most durable pilot’s watches. They produced the first
Big Pilot’s watch in 1936 and then quickly expanded the Pilot’s
Watch line to include the Double Chronograph, the Chronograph
Automatic, the Mark XV, the Spitfire Double Chronograph,
the Spitfire Chronograph Automatic, the Spitfire UTC, and
the Spitfire Mark XV.. .
The featured watch
describe is a Swiss made IWC Da Vince Chronograph with Flyback
function IW3764-01 crafted 18k White Gold tonneau-shaped case
measuring 44x42.5mm diameter. Fix 18k White Gold bezel. Mechanical
chronograph self winding movement, power reserve to 68 hours.
Displays a Ardoise dial with applied dart hour markers, luminous fill
steel hands, fly-back chronograph. sweeper at center, Arabic minute
track at outer rim. Small hacking seconds at 6 o'clock position with
Date aperture, hour and minute counters combined in a single
totalizer at 12 o'clock, Screw down crown with logo, pushers,
Sapphire glass, convex, anti-reflective coating on both sides, solid
caseback. Brown leather strap with Crocodile pattern and signed
"IWC" Deployment Buckle. Water resistant to 30m/99ft. Display signed
"IWC', Caseback inscribed & numbered… very heavy watch/ a lot
of White Gold....

case… This watch from IWC is amazing. It is extremely well designed
and made, an outstanding fine quality timepiece, which is classy and
sophisticated. IWC has created a very fine and unusual chronograph
timepiece. IWC Da Vinci Chronograph(fly-back chronograph) IW376404.
It is gorgeous and eye catching... Sober clean designed dial. The
simplicity of the Grey with contrasting silver-tone registers,
Black/red Arabic numerals on a chapter ring with silver-tone "Iconic
IWC" hands, a round shaped small hacking seconds with Date aperture at 6
o'clock, hour and minute counters combined in a single totalizer at
12 o'clock on a deep tone surface interact making it absolutely
stunning. The 44x42.5mm, brushed case has a sculptured band with down
turned lugs housing a automatic IWC Calibre 89360 movement.
Completing the piece is a Brown leather strap with Crocodile pattern
and a signed "IWC" Deployment Buckle.. A very elegant piece. You can
not go wrong with a IWC watch in your collection... this model is
