Shipping

All items will be shipped from South Korea after being thoroughly checked. Shipping options and costs can be found in the shipping and payments table. By default, we use Economy shipping, but if you wish to receive your order faster, other options are available. To ensure safe and prompt delivery, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address when making your purchase. Please note that it is not possible to change the shipping address after the product has been purchased. We will provide you with a tracking number within 2-3 days of shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Economy shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 20-25 days.
• Standard shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 14-20 days.
• Expedited shipping (EMS/DHL/FedEx): Tracking number provided. Delivery time is faster than other options. Please note that if you are using Economy shipping, it may take one to two months or longer, depending on your location.

Return Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. However, please contact us first so that we can assist you with the necessary arrangements. Please include the original receipt in your return package or a note with your eBay username. Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:

• All items must be returned in their original condition. The package must be unopened, the items unused, and no parts of the product missing (except for manufacturing defects). We will issue a refund after receiving the returned product, deducting the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
• Returns will be rejected if the package has been opened, the items or parts are used, parts are missing, or the items are damaged due to buyer negligence (except for manufacturing defects). Only manufacturing defects are accepted as a reason for return.
• If the package is returned due to refusal to pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address information, no receiver, local customs issues, etc.), the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, and a 10% restocking fee.After receiving the returned product, a refund will be processed.
