You get the exact items pictured. The camera and book are both unused. Everything listed on the back of the box is included. Take a look at the photos for condition. A couple of the frame panels were assembled and taken apart again so they show wear as pictured. The book does have a faint odor to it in my opinion, likely due to the type of paper and all of the scratch-off moments and it has never gotten a chance to air out since it was not used.
