This beautiful dark navy-blue sweater with familiar foreign language words is lovely and fun. It's NEW with TAGS. The size is PETITE MEDIUM. Please see the photos for measurements and condition. The new sweater is in new condition with Talbot's tags. The price tag is missing. I do not see any rips, stains or repairs. It's a cotton and rayon blend.
