Condition: new in package. Sometimes the paperwork gets wrinkled during shipment, if this happens let us know and we will email you another one.
Shipping: we will ship the cheapest way ups or USPS ground advantage.  We can combine shipping if all purchase are made on one payment. Please request a total for combined shipping before paying. Most felts are shipped in a poly mailing bag. 
Warranty: 30 day manufacture warranty against manufacture defects.
Age range: 3+  warning: small parts. May not be suitable for young children who still put things in their mouth.

Returns: This item can be returned within 14 days. It must be in new, original, unopened condition for a full refund minus shipping and handling both outbound and inbound.  What you pay for shipping is usually close to the cost of shipping one way. We do not accept used items back. Outbound shipping is never refundable unless we made a mistake. In the rare unlikely event we make a mistake on your order, please email us and allow us some time to correct any errors.

How to teach with felt: Kids love stories, and movable images make learning fun! Start by introducing the main characters. Then, set the stage by showing when and where the story takes place. Next, help children sequence the events from beginning to middle to end. Finally, encourage them to tell and retell the story in their own way. Most importantly, have fun while teaching! Teaching ideas: if you have a small class, pass out the felt figures to the students and have them place on the flannel board. Everyone likes to participate and have fun.

If properly taken care of, they will last for many, many years. We recommend hand washing and cool iron when needed. Felt clings to felt without the need for adhesives. Our felt can be pinned to a bulletin board, used on or off a flannel board, used on a table top, the floor, nugget type couches, cloth covered pews or wherever you want to use it that it can stick to.

All our products are safety tested in the USA to meet or exceed standards. We don't skimp on your child's safety. The USA has stringent safety standards regarding children's products.
