The product is a working VHS tape of the movie "Cop and a Half" from 1993, which was released by Universal. This copy is a Showtime Video Rental from Brooklyn, Michigan (no longer in business). Directed by Henry Winkler, it features Burt Reynolds and Ray Sharkey in the leading roles. This copy is a first release, 1993.

Rental copy so there is some wear & fading to the sleeve.
