- Please make sure the product is unopened, unused and the seals fully intact.

- If the returned product complies with the above rules we will process the refund within 48 hours.

However, if you think your order and/or its package is damaged it is absolutly necessary and inevitable to notify your postmen and/or local post office and/or fill a complaint/claim with these. We can only take action if your last mile carrier has been notified and there is written evidience.
