RETURNS; Returns will be considered ONLY IF I MISREP THE AD! NO EXCEPTIONS ! If you feel the item was significantly misrepresented by me (per eBay's policies), I will offer a refund, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is at your expense. LOCAL PICK-UPS; I will make arrangements to meet you locally (within 10 miles of my home) for a flat fee of $5.00 in lieu of shipping costs ( ONLY IF AD STATES THAT LOCAL PICK-UPS ARE AVAILABLE. ) That flat fee will at least cover my gas expense there and back.
