These are the updated versions of the TSDZ2. Compared to the old version, the TSZD2B has two couplings on the large gear, ensuring smoother operation, increased efficiency, reduced wear, and extended service life. The 36V 250W motor offers a maximum torque of 80Nm, and the 48V 500W provides 100Nm. providing ideal power for vehicles. Light but strong and efficient, this motor greatly enhances riding comfort and is suitable for touring bikes and commuter bikes. Both are designed as torque sensors and have an IP54 dust and water resistance rating
 
This motor fits bicycles made of aluminum alloy with chainring lengths of 68-73mm and internal diameters of 33.5-36mm, according to the JIS standard. It is only suitable for bicycles with chain drive and equipped with disc brakes or V-brakes. All necessary parts are included to ensure installation

Notice:

[Speed sensor]

Tighten with cable tie, has to keep distance between 10mm to 15mm and the arrow on the speed sensor align at magnet, otherwise the torque assistance and the speed sensor will not work.




[After Installing]

1. Do not test it by hand since the motor does not work when the mid motor is withthout load.

2. Do not touch the pedals by your foot before turning on the display.
















Dual socket speed sensor, which are more robust, and include a split 'Y' adapter, to hook up a 6V 3W headlight, and 6V 3W taillight, which you can control from the display supports up to 54.6V input voltage, this motor cannot works on 58.4V input voltage.

If mechanical collisions happened between motor and frame, add gaskets, we will send extra 1pcs 42*35*1.0 and 2 pcs 42*35*1.5 gaskets. If you do not add gaskets, it is easy crack the shell and destroy torque sensor.
