Dried, hollowed gourds were successfully used in centuries past as housing for migratory purple martins, and the extended neck and rounded body of this roost perfectly evokes this shape. Alternating raised and impressed elements at the flared end of the neck lend fantastic texture and a natural appeal to this piece, while a 2.125" diameter entry hole provides safe passage for martins. This leads to a 6.25" diameter, interior nesting area, deep enough for birds to place eggs near the back, away from predators. A drainage hole on the slightly flattened base helps the home and compartment remain dry, while the beige tone keeps fledglings cool in the summer. Readily suspend this gourd using its integrated top loop; it can either be placed below an existing house, or situated on a gourd rack system for a different look. Returns

We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that sometimes a product is not exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of your receipt of the item, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee is charged.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning an item. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe.
