Due to charges levied by our delivery agents, some Highland & Island locations incur a surcharge when being delivered by courier. In these instances, we will attempt to use an alternative delivery service, but this is not always possible.

Ace Consumables ship most goods within 24hrs of cleared payment on a next day delivery service* (Next day is defined as the next working day i.e. Friday pm-Sunday orders will be shipped Monday)

In most cases, orders received before 11:30am are shipped the same day.
