Wash your hair with a Deep Cleansing Shampoo of your choice.

Using a towel or blow dryer, dry your hair until it looks slightly damp.

Divide your hair into sections. Apply Forest Protein with a brush and, using a fine-tooth comb, spread the product evenly throughout the hair, strand by strand, without applying too much.

Leave the product on for 20 to 50 minutes. The product's action time varies according to the hair type. For extremely frizzy hair, we recommend a minimum of 45 minutes.

Rinse your hair 50% to 70%.

Straighten your hair with a blow dryer and a brush.

Straighten your hair, strand by strand, up to 10 times each.

Always use professional straighteners, as they maintain a stable temperature.

For blonde hair, a maximum temperature of 200°C or 392°F is recommended to prevent color oxidation.

Let your hair cool.

Rinse your hair 100%.

Straighten each strand a maximum of 10 times again.
