Twin Tire Mechanism
The “Twin Tire” simultaneously feeds and twists two wires, increasing binding speed by 130%.
This enables faster work and significantly enhances binding strength. Additionally, it now supports a wider range of binding diameters.

By creating a loop with the wire during binding and pulling it back, the rebar is securely pulled together, enhancing binding strength.
This allows smooth rebar work on walls or columns prone to loosening and eliminates wire waste.


By bending the cut wire tip, the ear height is reduced to 12mm.  
This makes it suitable for sites with thin concrete cover thickness or use in precast factories.  
Furthermore, we have thoroughly revised the design from scratch, increasing the number of ties per charge and widening the tip insertion port, to prioritize ease of use on-site.
